I was very disappointed in my trip today! It felt like Staples was the new WAL-MART..... Nobody who actually WORKS here knew where anything was! I climbed the shelf myself, to get what I was looking for! Lastly, to add insult to injury, you're no longer offer a teacher's discount!
RecommendedI had to return a product I ordered online. I was emailed a prepaid UPS return label and was told go to a UPS store and they would print it for me. I arrived at the UPS store on Beckley and the gentleman told me it would be a $5 charge to print a prepaid UPS return label. SERIOUSLY!? Instead I called Staples. the customer service was very poor today and rude!
I was in staples walking around for 45 minutes yesterday morning trying to figure out what printer I wanted, ink, etc, This was after being on the staples website where everything was out of stock when I tried to put in my cart. In the store not one sales associate approached me or offered help- in spite of me going around and around the printers. Horrible Manger. Very cocky and seem like a choir to want to look up ink cartridges. Find different location if you want food service for the future. Never shop there again. The6 need some management skills and employees that care.
I do not recommend anyone go to UPS @ this Staples store. I dropped off an envelope on 5/28 for 2 day delivery. Staples is not taking responsibility for this envelope even though I brought my receipt in. The day manager & clerk @ the UPS counter said it was on the manifest for pickup, so I had to contact UPS claims. Staples had no proof the driver picked it up & they were not willing to look for it in their store. Very, very poor customer service. I was made to feel like I was disturbing them. On both occasions staff were helpful, respectful of social distancing recommendations, and all wearing masks. I offered them free masks just in case they didn't have enough, but they politely declined my offer, stating they all were set on masks.
