Ryan, the new manager is awesome! I called looking for certain items for National nurses Day and when i walked in store he personally showed me where items were and gave me some other ideas. Also offered 25 percent discount he is offering for health care workers but Im not and he extended it because it was for health care workers. How nice is that! Support Staples!
The crew at this store is outstanding. I have sent many professional print jobs to them during this time through the Staples.com web site and they have met every expectation.

I called the store at 1030 am because site said you give preference on disinfectant items to firsr reponders (i am a nurse who work in an ED) - they told me they had just gotten in a limited supply of clorox wipes, i asked are any set aside for first responders - answer oh no we dont do that, its first come first serve, but we do give a discount to first responders. You could improve by not having a website that says same day pickup on orders then making your customers wait 5-6 days. That might be a great place to start. You could also attempt to make it right after the mistake is already made.
You place an order online for a service offered and submit files to spec, then the manager pulls a bait and switch to charge you nearly triple the amount quoted online. You can see by the attached screenshot what the quoted price is. The manager now wants to charge me $59+.
