The girl who checked me in called my insurance company and pretended to be me to obtain my member ID which was clearly printed on the card. The Dr is on a TV screen and I had no idea before the appointment it was going to be like that. She chose all the most expensive options without ever giving me any choices, including high index lenses when I have a mild prescription which there would be no reason for high index, my lenses aren’t thick, they tried to offer me a second pair of glasses for really cheap and I refused so they... read more
This was the best experience I've ever had. Everything was streamlined and I was able to walk out with glasses that day while I waited for my safety glasses for work. I will be doing business with them again.
My experience was a very good one from the time that I walked in until the time that I left . What I liked the most is the way things are set up there. The overall concept was amazing . The people here are so very nice and welcoming . The way that the test is done is very unique . The owner and the employees made me feel at home . The owner went that extra mile and helped me pick out a very nice pair of glasses to fit my face.. I think that I have found my forever place for myself and family!

Not a good experience. Glasses are expensive with misleading sales. There is no doctor on site this is done via telehealth. This is not a good or thorough eye exam at all
