I leased this property and have had no problems at all I think this business is no longer open and the property is under new management.
Jim lied to us and told us everything we wanted to hear. He promised us two different duplexes when his updates were completed. A month later he said he decided to sell the house. He offered to let us look at another house then said that it was rented a day later. We lost out on over a month of really looking for a place. Don't trust him at all!
