I had my carpets cleaned last week prior to moving. The carpets were old and smelled of urine so I paid extra for deodorizer. Needless to say, the carpets still smelled of urine so I got down on my hands and knees and scrubbed the carpet myself. This is what the water looked like (picture in the comments). I'm not the one to complain but this is ridiculous and a waste of my money!

My floors are clean and the gentlemen were polite but I was very upset to see they banged up my chairs from flipping them up on my table!! And instead of pulling my chairs out in my dining room, they just shoved my chairs up into the table, banging up those chairs too!! 😡

The crew was very professional and did a great job. Carpets look clean and so does our couch. Have been using ss for years and am always happy! Thank you!

Had them out for the second of four purchase . first time they a great job carpet was beautiful. the second time I was very disappointed , Not nearly as clean as first time.I don't think they cared, they had my money.all they care about is selling me other treatments or serves.

I have had Stanley steamer for every cleaning. They are prompt courteous and most of all the final outcome is perfection. This last crew in particular was OUTSTANDING!!!

SS did a great job, and the techs were very professional & personable. Just wished they didn't charge for the deodorizer, should carpet smell good after cleaning. I always use SS, but feel I'm nickeled & dimed, if you advertise $99 for 3 rooms that what it should of been. Had to pay extra for deodorizer.
