The two young men that came to our home was very professional and helpful. My Mom is 81 years old and handicapped. They were very concerned and made sure that she was out of the cold air and assisted moving her to another room as they cleaned the area. We will request them again.

Very hard working duo. Great job. One thing I wasn't happy about was how wet the carpet was when they were finished. But I would recommend them. I would just be insistent on more suction time.
