I used them when I moved into my home and was impressed with their professional and friendly manner. They were very efficient and respectful of my home. Therefore I had them clean my rugs again today. Matt and Tyler showed the same professionalism and friendliness as before. I am very pleased with the job they did for my carpets. I definitely will have Stanley Steemer back again and recommend them to my friends.
Right on time, friendly and did a fantastic job. Even called me the day before to remind me. This is the second time I have used them! Price was right too!
I have had Stanley Steemer for more than 20 years. The crew is always good about moving furniture where ever I wish. I usually change the room around at each cleaning. If I ever had a problem or concern they took care of it. I always get cleaning, protection and deoderizor. My living room is considered 2 rooms, Taupe in color. I was able to book a date for rug cleaning very easily and on the day i wanted. Both men were very very nice men and worked well and fast. In the 3 years we have been in this house i have not seen the carpets so clean and it was done so fast. My house smelled very clean and fresh. Would highly recommed them to anyone
The workers were very nice and the carpet is much cleaner. I got the clean, protect and deodorize package. I noticed my hallway was a bit greasy.. it wasn’t “wet” it was greasy and you could see greasy smears through the house if you walked in it. The carpet is much cleaner though and I would have them clean my carpets again, I don’t think I would pay the extra to protect and deodorize though.
My carpets were getting pretty bad after missing a year of cleaning. SS team came in and did a great job. The young lady asked if I thought about furniture cleaning and I said we dont need that as the couch cleans up great. They were Very professional. I'm impressed with the scotch guard as when we had spot clean ups they always came clean but we couldn't clean the traffic areas. Carpet feels like new again and its over 5 years old.
brought muddy hose up my wood stairs and left dirt and scuffs on my wood. Bedroom carpet can still see dirt line from where the bed we moved was. save your money and look else where for carpet cleaning
My technician was fantastic, I’m not blaming him. I am not sure if it’s the method or something else but my 1 year old carpet is now completely ruined from my cleaning a few days ago. It smells absolutely horrible when odor wasn’t an issue prior. I am devastated as this carpet is literally almost brand new. Hoping they make it right by me.
I would never use this company again Ask the company to move furniture and clean under all my furniture was told they would all my furniture was put up on blocks as like they did clean under it and I had my furniture moved by my daughter the next day and they never moved any of my furniture you could see the dirt under discoloration in the carpet were all the furniture had been sitting very dissatisfied phone Stanley and was not happy with the outcome told him I never use them again.
