Considering that they had to use the portable machine because we live in a multilevel apt/condo building, I couldn't be happier! Bob and Tim were professional and courteous, and were very hard workers. I love my clean carpets! I will definitely call them again!

I appreciated the crew who cleaned my carpet. They were patient and informative about stains, type of carpet and what they could and couldn’t do. My carpet looked revived. Thank you Stanley Steamer.

Moved into a home that previously had 4 cats. Highly allergic to cats. Called SS because they are certified asthma and allergy free. James explained everything, worked FAST and then added an enzyme to "eat" anything causing odor. The carpets smell clean and I'm breathing better! Highly recommend.

Very disappointed in my tile and grout cleaning as well as my carpets. We've had SS do our carpets before and it looked so good. Added the tile and grout this time and OMG...it's terrible! I expected them to at least sweep the dirt off the floors and then wash and seal them, but no. I have done my floors before and scrubbed my grout on my hands and knees...they were clean. This is not even close! I will be calling tomorrow morning to report and expect them redone the proper way.
