The men were courteous, knew what they were doing and were extremely helpful.
We scheduled an appointment On October 8th between 8-930. We waited until 10am and called the 800 number to find out what the problem was regarding our appointment. The young girl who answered the call tried explaining to me how the appointment window worked and that the technician could show up between the allowed time. I was kind of offended and was dumbfounded, I finally pointed out that the current time was 10am a half hour after the appointment window. Stanley Steemer did a great job on the carpet in my entire house during a move out. They were on time and very professional.
They showed up on time and waited for my arrival as I was running 15 min behind due to traffic. The two techs were professional and promptly got the room cleaned and deodorized. I am very pleased with the work and their advice. I would most definitely hire Stanley Steemer again, no qualms about it.
Scheduled for a house being made ready for sale. Asked for a call 30 min prior to arrival as the house is empty. They showed up and never called. Surprise no one was home. Now I will have to find another company. I will never use Stanley Steemer again and as I am a realtor you just lost a lot of business
This was the worst experience I have ever had when paying for a service. I booked my carpet cleaning and tile cleaning online and scheduled an appointment. When the technician showed up he told me I had not booked the number of rooms correctly and that my service was going to cost double what I had seen on the website. Now mind you it was almost 400.00 that I scheduled. He only cleaned the carpet and did a poor job. He scheduled a return visit to do the tile and did not show up. You need to deliver the product the customer ask for, nd when confronted about it someone needs to respond like your people that take the complaint say they well. I submitted a complaint over a week ago have not received any response.
So my $600 rug was picked up to be cleaned over a month ago... I called last week and the week before and was told repeatedly that someone would be getting in touch with me.. that never happened. Then yesterday I finally talked to someone who said that the person who cleaned my rug did not put the return tag on it so it’s just been sitting in their damn warehouse this entire time. & to make this even more frustrating and ridiculous the person yesterday told me that my rug would be delivered today between 1-5 pm... called tod... read more
