The 2 gents arrived on time, very engaging, explained what they were about to do, and were open to questions throughout the process. Now just waiting for the carpet to dry in 6 hours to the touch, and 24 hours to re-position our furniture. Definitely plan on calling Stanley Steemer again.
I just had my 4 rooms done with Stanley Steemer and was 100% impressed with the two young gentlemen who cleaned it all for me. I was also informed that no matter how clean you think your rugs are, think again, they suggest that you have them cleaned at least every four to five months of the year due to pets and heavy walking traffic. I was in awe when they first started to cleaning and seeing the difference right away! Many thanks goes out to these two young boys for a job well done!

Have been using Stanley Steemer for years. Fast, friendly, professional service. Have a large house dog; therefore always request spot cleaning, deodorizer and and protector. Being on a fixed income I wish the price were lower.
