The technicians, Terry Christopher and Lane Jimenez, did an excellent carpet cleaning job. I was alerted when they were on the way and they arrived during my scheduled appointment period. Very professional!

We have a large home with two dogs and a cat. The dogs are getting old and have bladder problems. The two gentlemen that came out were very pleasant to deal with and explained lots of things to us. We booked a one year contract for them to come out 3 more times in a year to do 4 rooms. I think this is going to become a routine thing. I'd give them a 5 star rating.
