The last time one I had Stanley steamer come they didn’t use the foam blocks, and I’ve never seen them put the corner protectors on but today we had an awesome team! Foam blocks, corner protectors. Little warning stickers at the bottom of stairs to say caution (never seen those before either) definitely a great experience AND they got out three stains!! Thank you!

Have had nothing but great service from Stanley Steemer! We have cats - and unfortunately - one of them has an extremely sensitive stomach and tends to throw up a lot. Terry has been the technician who has come out twice in a row now. He does a fantastic job - is very thorough! Our carpet looks just as good now as it did when we first had it installed! Not a good job. I had three runners. They left dirt marks that I was able to get off with Resolve. I thought there looking around with the black light was a farse and what they did to deodorize was beyond me. I also paid for a coating on the main ruG AND I thouht the application was very slip shod.
They did an excellent job. Jonathan was a great technician and very courteous.
Worst service!!! After messing up my carpet by completely drenching it creating mold. Promised to fix and come back out free of charge. Company won’t even acknowledge my existence and won’t return calls.
