I’m really disappointed with the cleaning I received today! (Order invoice # 946952). I have stayed out of the rooms while the carpets dried all day. Just went to inspect them and put furniture back, and noticed they were still so dirty. I have two big dogs (hence the need for regular carpet cleaning!) and the hair pulled up from the carpet was just pushed up against the walls against the baseboards, stuck and sopping wet.
