They took my rugs for cleaning on November 14th and said it would be 2-3 weeks. I had originally requested in home cleaning and they convinced me to let them take the rugs. Now here we are 5 weeks later and I haven't heard a word from them! No update, no drop off date, not even a "hey things are delayed, sorry" phone call, text, or email. I called today and was told "they are closed" except when I demanded to speak with someone, was told the manager Silvester was available, but guess what? That was a LIE.
