I'll give 3 stars because the men who showed up were courteous and kind. But, the final cost was over $200 MORE than the quote we received and when we called about that, we were given lots of sales pitch and no actual answers! I'll definitely go somewhere else next time! I hate when companies bait and switch!

Horrible experience. They pulled in front of my home and dumped all the nasty liquid waste from the two jobs prior to mine right where I walk and play with my dogs. I am upset, not knowing what was in all the gunk they dumped right in the street in front of my home. They pulled in and had the van take a big dump then walked all through it, their hoses etc. that they were using on my job just drug through that and then did my carpet. I just want to give a shoutout to the duo who cleaned our carpets today! I don't remember their names but it was two women, and they did an incredible job, the carpet looks new again! I'll be calling the office tomorrow to give them my thanks.
