I loved the ease of booking my appointment. Time was kept. Updates provided. Polite calls reconfirnig time, date and service. My 2 techncians, Katongo and Jared were personable, interative and professional. Oh yea, the carpet is super nice and clean.
yes they did a great job only I was disappointed that being an older retiree and a veteran they locked in $350 AND IASK THE TEAM IS THEIR A DISCOUNT SHME THEY COULD NOT DO IT why did Stanly steemer offer it on my original call???
Previously I had used smaller company and they always did a decent job on my carpets. This time I went with Stanley Steemer of Belefonte, PA and they did not do a good job. I called and they came back the next day and cleaned the carpets again. Didn't make much of a difference so we spent 3+ hours using our Bissell carpet cleaner and STORE bought cleaning solution and we did a better job! I had my kitchen grout cleaned, it came out great. Looks like a new floor. i would recommend for grout cleaning.
They charged me for a full room when they only cleaned 1/3 of the area.? I was not recommend this company. Elsa McGladdery
Arrived on time, were very professional, did an outstanding job, and have no issues with the employees that did our job.
We had upstairs and downstairs carpets cleaned by this company recently, to prepare our old house for sale. They did a good job. A small rust stain remains on the upstairs carpet that apparently they tried to remove but could not. Other than that, we are pleased.
Came out to do an assessment for water mitigation 2 weeks ago. He told me that there was water behind the walls and under the hardwood floors. I rented two dehumidifiers and several fans. I told them that I needed an estimate for the cost of the floor removal and cost for drying the interior walls. Have to submit this estimate to my insurance company before I can go any further.
