We have dogs and we use our Bissel every 2 weeks to keep carpets fresh. We wanted to find someone to really scrub the carpets but what we got??? Horrible service! All they did was stand around and the carpet wreaks of dirty water and an unclean machine!!!! Had to use our carpet cleaner 3 times to try to get rid of the smell and it still lingers! It’s disgusting. Thanks for wasting our time and money!
Chris and rowan cleaned carpets and floors including bathroom tile grout, the results exceeded my expectations. they were friendly and very attentive to every detail. really nice job
An appointment was set within a few days of our call. We were asked if the carpet had been cleaned before and/or if any spots had been cleaned and if so, what had been used. They worked efficiently and told us to use fans to help the drying process and a time frame when we could expect the carpet to be fully dried. We will be return customers!
They need to explain themselves more when you call and get the cost. I got my bathroom grout cleaned and a new color grout they never told me it had to be ordered. They said they have different colors well they only had 2 colors and never told me it would cost extra. So I had to wait 10 more days till it was ordered and got charged $30 extra dollars I am very disappointed.
