Just a great cleaning company. Work performed at our house was just excellent .The men that did the work were great. Carpets look terrific. Will have that done again next year.

Had no problems with the staff. Courteous, professional and did a great job. They even came to me, and said, their hose was keeping the door open, and they were concerned that my 2 kitties would get out. The carpet looked great, stains came out, and price was same as the quote. Very pleased.

Our only significant complaint is that the "upcharge sales pitches" got to be a bit much. We know that every employee is now required to be a sales person trying to increase profit but we also know that it can result in costing so much more than the original quote. Carpet looks fine.
They were very helpful and appeared very diligent. No complaints about the cleanliness or service. They were very competent.

AFTER CLEANING MY CARPET TWICE, AT A COST OF ALMOST FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS, THE CARPET WAS STILL LIKE IT WAS AT FIRST CLEANING. I WAS TOLD THE SCENTED CANDLE STAIN COULD BE SAID IS A NEW DESIGN.. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THEIR SERVICE..
