I would highly recommend this dental office. Staff were friendly (and accommodating when I forgot to bring in my insurance details). The hygienist and dentist were both very warm and professional in manner, and answer all of my questions thoroughly. Best of all though was leaving the dentist after a hassle free clean and examination with a smile.

I didn't experience much pain during my teeth cleaning - normal discomfort experienced. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price was fair. They did a good job putting my fillings in.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. Dr. Hawthorne and his dental assistant are both very personable and more than happy to answer questions.

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current.

Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Was this dentist's staff friendly? Not at all! They always have my best interest in mind How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? There is no comparison!

Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Yes, I could tell they practiced good oral hygiene Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Not at all! They always have my best interest in mind
