I have been with Stanford’s Head and Neck Oncology Clinic for more than two years and I have been constantly wowed by the over the top care patient care. My surgeons have encouraged my wife and I to be fully involved with diagnosis, treatment options and follow up. Response times to inquiries to my team are typically less than two hours. Doctor Kaplan himself has always responded same day. Dr. Kaplan often calls my wife over to point out what he is seeing, or look at the video sequences he is viewing along with the intern(s)... read more
