Worst experience ever. No one looks you in the eye to tell you what’s going on with your loved one. And don’t really care.
I moved two hours away from the Bay Area but I refused to give up my doctor at the Bay Valley Medical Group. Been going there for 3 years and every visit I made is pleasant and positive! My doctor is very accommodating, he knows I live far and he tries to get all my appointments done on same day!
