Imagine you need personal records from your previous hospital (Stanford) relatively quickly. This hospital sends you from one department to another in a bureaucratic mess. Six months later, you still don't have access to your own records. It's quite frustrating to be dependent on a hospital that has proven not be forthcoming.
CRIMINALS. The ER charged my daughter $2,768.86 to put a band-aid on her finger (she's a Stanford student). The State of CA is suing Sutter Health over its charge of $1,555 to put a band-aid on a man's finger when he visited their emergency room. I have notified the California AG about this, and also my state reps. NEVER GO HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT.

The nurses & doctors are very nice! However their scheduling needs a lot of work! We have been re-scheduled 5 times! Surgery was supposed to be at 6 am! It’s now 3pm & still no surgery!!
