My family pets get better care from their vet than I do from my doctor. I’ve been told that I have to do this on my own to get a code changed so I can see the specialist, otherwise, I pay out of pocket. There was a time when you can talk to your doctor and they actually called you back, plus they read your letters and responded. Not anymore.
