If they keep me waiting two hours again and the lobby heats up I'm going to request from the VA that I change cardiologists...not good for my heart to be stressed out and angry. And yes there are good facilities that don't overbook and keep you hanging on like this.

Stanford stuck me with a HUGE bill for a diagnostic procedure that they had preapproved for me. They neglected to tell me that Stanford is out of network for Blue Shield, and it's my fault I didn't know that. Maybe your preapproval staff should have told me that BEFORE I had the procedure? You are not the only quality medical provider in town. In the future I will go to someone who cares enough about their patients to be upfront about these things.

RecommendedExcellent care so far. Really thorough health analysis before hip operation. Peaceful room. Varied menu. Dr Huddleston listened well when I first met him. Anaesthetist called me “Friend” - a very jolly chap.
