I have been with Stanford’s Head and Neck Oncology Clinic for more than two years and I have been constantly wowed by the over the top care patient care. My surgeons have encouraged my wife and I to be fully involved with diagnosis, treatment options and follow up. Response times to inquiries to my team are typically less than two hours. Doctor Kaplan himself has always responded same day. World class doctors and staff. The team in the Endocrinology clinic are amazing! Top notch care all around with SHC and LPCH!
Extremely poor service. Patients are treated like garbage. Staff works hard to make the patient experience very uncomfortable.
