I hope that you do the right thing as a health care organization and put this person into the garbage like the trash that he is. He should never be allowed to care for anyone.

RecommendedExcellent Hospital, doctors and nurses. Can’t say the same about Customer Service in the Financial department. I spoke to the most rude person today. And if they lose your paperwork, it’s your fault. You still have to wait an additional 10-15 days for them to make a decision even though you submitted everything you were supposed to (a month ago) but had to re-send it because they lost it. Who loses an email???? And who takes 3 days to receive an email? Email isn’t delivered by horse!
