RecommendedI ‘very grateful for everything the personnel,staff, doctors and nurses everybody in general. We received great services as a patient to my mother. Thank you for been there not only as a patient for her but, as well as everybody who was with her making her stay as comfortable as possible while she recuperates.
the doctors need to respond to their patients' needs
on F3 the nursing staff is at the very top of the list. food is good and prompt too. the issue with pain management is really a tough problem because of all the drug seekers and the od'ing they have their hands tied to what they can give for pain. The CDC and fed. government have gone over the top on pain meds. the real problem lies with the abusers. it's a very bad/sad story.
Best cardiology team in the world. I am so grateful for my Open Heart surgery. I want to thanks Dr. Ingela S. and her dedicated and kind team. Dr. Boyd and his amazing team. They are so professional. I was born with a congenital heart condition called Myocardial bridge. Lack of communication between departments is affecting patient care in a very negative way. I’m very disappointed in what I experienced at Stanford today while taking my Grandma to her chemo appointment today. Stanford can carry the “big” name but if they want to see patient satisfaction ratings go up then they need to have more trainings on compassion, empathy, and communication.
