Great I currently live here and so far my experience has been great. The area is nice/quiet, rent is affordable, and there is plenty of parking. Ally, the property manager is amazing and one of the reasons I decided to move here. She is always friendly, knows residents by name, and makes sure that any maintenance issues are resolved as soon as possible. She is an asset to this community, and if you meet her you can see for yourself why!

Great! I stopped by Stafford House on a whim and fell in love! The apartments are beautiful, well kept and has friendly residents. The staff is exceptional. They are helpful, quick, and able to handle any problems. The property manager Ally, is incredible and able to fix any problems that come up very quickly. I am very happy with my move here!

Amazing I was moving to Columbus in a very last minute decision. I had previously passed these apartments when I was visiting, and it looked beautiful from the outside. I reached out to Ally, and needed an apartment ready within a week, and she made it happened. I'm so grateful for her patience, and her willingness to work in a rush. All Around Excellent Truly enjoy living here. The community is quiet but the residents are friendly and upbeat. Everyone greets everyone else. The property management staff is superb - accommodating, readily available, and committed to creating community. Always checking in, reaching out, and welcoming. Very well-managed Ally is by far the most impressive Property Manager I have ever met. She has an incredible combination of attention to detail, compassion for her residents, and the drive to make sure everything runs in a seamless manner. I would encourage everyone that is looking for an apartment to consider Stafford House; Ally is truly one of a kind.

I couldn't ask for more I discovered on a Sunday that I needed to move within the next week. I completed an online information request form and the staff at Stafford House called me back within a day (there were many other places that didn’t get back to me at all- SH was the first). So far so good! As a new resident to Stafford House, my experience thus far has been overall pretty satisfactory. As moving can be a somewhat stressful experience (especially if you're not from the area like I am), it can be difficult trying to get all your ducks in a row, but Ally the property manager has made my transition as smooth as possible. Wonderful ;) As a new tenant and resident in Columbus, I can honestly say that the SH is by far one of the best apartment complexes near Polaris. Not only is the apartment comfortable, in a good location, but the staff - especially the Leasing Manager, Ally - is beyond wonderful! Ally made the application process easy, was friendly and just a pleasure to work with. I cannot thank her enough for all her assistance and professionalism. Our family is looking forward to becoming long time residents here at SH.

Loved it Thoroughly - Great Staff Lived here from March 2016 - April 2017. Loved every day. The staff, especially Ally (as pointed in other reviews as well), is very friendly and assists with any issue promptly. This place is great for people with Pets and Kids. My only disappointment was there was is no gym or swimming pool, but that was compensated by lower than usual rents and a very friendly and attentive staff. Thanks Syed
