Extremely High Utity Bills Everything about this place is great... except they use AP&L for power. You can expect to pay at least 19¢ per kWh, plus you will be billed for the entire building, not just your apartment. You will get a power bill between $150-$200 per month, regardless of your power usage. If they switched to AEP or Columbus for power I'd recommend them (and I'll update my review). As-is, stay far away from here (or any property that uses a submetering company).
Great place to live! I just renewed my lease at Stafford House and it has been a great experience. I love my updated appliances and especially large closet for all my clothes. Also the bus line is very close and there are many stores around making living here something I could not give up. I always feel safe and wanted as Megan (Stafford House representative) is very friendly and responds quickly to any matter at hand. Positive review I have lived at Stafford House for over 2 years and just signed another lease. My apartment is spacious and has considerably larger kitchens/cabinet space than most apartments! There have been a few leasing office managers, but the transitions have always been seamless. Friendly, considerate, and caring. Any minor issue is taken care of promptly. Megan (new to Stafford House) has been very friendly and helpful! Would highly recommend living here!

I Signed on for a Short-Term Lease.... ...and ended up signing on for another year! Newer build, so the paints/surfaces/finishes are clean and modern but also neutral so whatever your furniture color/style, it will look nice. Love the location...Starbucks, great restaurants/bars and even a movie theater within view, so a short walk to all of your weekend entertainment needs. Awesome Place to Live Stafford House is a fantastic place to live. The complex is newer so the units are clean and modern. The courtyard area is the perfect size with just enough amenities. The management is super helpful and does a great job serving you and providing ways to stay engaged in the community. The location of the complex is a huge plus, as well! It is right across the street from the movie theater, Starbucks, Chipotle, and plenty of other options.
Renewing our Lease My husband and I just renewed our lease at Stafford House for another year. We love the small community feel and Ally, the property manager, is so caring and genuine. She has everyone's names and even suite numbers memorized. Any time we have had a maintenance issue, it has been resolved within 24 hours. Stafford House has been the perfect location for us - it is within walking distance from the Marcus Theater, Starbucks, and Pastimes ($2 beers yay!) and about 3 minutes away from 270/315. Great place to live I have nothing but great things to say about the stafford house apt complex . Great location , modern look , friendly neighbors. Anytime I go into the leasing office it a warm welcome (ally ) knows my name , and she is always helpful

Stafford House is the place to be I have worked with the leasing agent (Ally) on multiple occasions; her professionalism, accuracy, and kindness have made the entire process incredibly easy and pleasant. I would say that Stafford House is a GREAT place to live for reasons well beyond the property itself (which is amazing)
