Perfect! Stafford House apartments are beautiful and a perfect location. Less than 10 minutes away from Polaris and a variety of restaurants. Management addresses my (very few) concerns promptly and kindly. Would recommend!

Love it! My husband and I had lived in the area about 3 years when a friend had moved into Stafford House. We quickly fell in love with his place and the community and moved in the following summer. We have been here about 6 months now and absolutely love it. The apartment's high ceilings and layout make it more comfortable than the others we have found in the area, and the layout of the community makes it a quaint neighborhood feel among a busy area. Great Place to Live! I love living here! It is a very nice apartment, and the staff is Fantastic! Megan in the office goes above and beyond to help you in anyway that she can, and maintenance is always super responsive and quick! The only thing that could maybe be improved is sometimes the parking lot is too full and I have to park away from my unit, but it's really not a huge deal! They have doorstep recycling program which is great, and lots of fun events for residents!

Perfect location!!!! Very excellent location! Close to route 23, I-270 bypass, and shopping centers specifically Polaris Mall. The management team starting with Ally White and Megan Mooney are AWESOME and very friendly. They will make sure you feel welcomed and make sure you get what you need. The Stafford House is highly recommended by myself and my wife.

Love living here! I’ve lived at Stafford House for 5 months now, and couldn’t be happier. Megan is the best, and made the whole process of moving a breeze. Every time I have a question or an issue she addresses almost immediately, even after hours. Very convenient location. I would highly recommend living here.

Quiet and Convenient We have lived in a first-floor unit for about 4 months. We have found the front office to be extremely responsive to our requests/needs. Also, we have gotten fast response to work requests. The environment is usually very quiet and the other tenants are friendly. Almost everyone has a dog here but we have almost never heard a bark. We use a two car garage which is nice for storing our cars and extra stuff, but beware the remotes are sensitive and we have inadvertently opened our door from inside the unit... read more

Affordable Lux Apartment I moved from CT to Columbus and I had only 1 weekend to find a place to live. I was happy to stuble upon this place. Megan was so great and welcoming. She showed my parents and I the place and I instantly fell in love! The community it self was clean and welcoming. My experience so far has been great. Great place to live Megan has made my living situation at SH amazing and so smooth. The community is friendly and clean and I have had zero issues so far! The apartments are a great quality especially for the price, and the neighbors are quiet. I have loved it so far.
