Nice Amenities & Wonderful Staff :) We have lived in this community for almost 2 years and we love it. It is a brand new community in a great location and very good connectivity to 23-N,315 and I-70. Management was very good and easily approachable. Ally (Community Manager) is so polite and easily approachable. She's very proactive and helpful when it comes to work. Maintenance team acts very fast whenever there's an issue. Overall, We enjoyed living there :) Thanks, Sudharsan

Love our apartment! I've lived at Stafford House for nearly two years and I still love my apartment. The apartments are beautiful, the area is super quiet, our neighbors are great (and quiet!), and our property manager, Ally, is wonderful to work with.

Love the place and staff! We moved into Stafford House back in March. We love our apartment and its amenities, and Ally is a great Property Manager to have---probably the best we have had so far :)

Fantastic modern Apartments Ally is the best property manager ever! I needed a place ASAP ( I was relocating for a job from out of state and needed a place right away. And she made it happen. She responds to concerns and emails usually ASAP. She's very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The aesthetics of the property and residence is beautiful. Love this place! We have lived in only one other place since we've moved to Columbus, but Stafford House surpasses all of the places I've ever lived. It's in a great location and it's very quiet and peaceful. The management is top of the line. Ally is a wonderful person to work with. She is so kind, patient, and understanding. I highly recommend living here if youre moving to the Worthington area.
Stafford house is AWESOME! I have lived at the Stafford house for about 2 years. It has been a great experience and i have no complaints about the apartment. Ally has been great and was able to help with anything that I needed. It will be sad to leave this place. I highly recommend the apartment complex to anyone.
Stafford House is Where It's At!! Stafford House surpasses all of the things I could want in an apartment. I have very friendly neighbors, noise isn't an issue, the development is beautiful and has a great entertainment area outside with a fire pit!
