I finally found a business in Springfield that is worth the while. This business gave us the best discount in Springfield with many perks as well. Having one-on-one personal service was above and beyond my expectations. The contractors showed up on time and the work was phenomenal! We loved it so much that I told my dad about it and he also purchased new flooring from them. The staff is the best!! I highly recommend it to anyone who is going to do floor projects in the future!

When my wife and I first entered Staff Carpet, we were immediately met by a young man who was very helpful. My wife indicated she had previously worked with Doug Ruch and would like to continue with his services. He informed us Doug was presently busy but he would be happy to show us a few samples until he was free. In a very short time, Doug came over and helped us find just right floor for our needs. We remodeled our entire first floor, which included tear out of tile floors and carpet, tear out of old baseboards and installation of wood floors and new baseboards throughout. Staff Carpet workers were all amazing!!! They came when promised, completed work as promised, and cleaned up when done. We worked with Kim mostly, but also with John and the service could not have been better!!! Thank you, Staff Carpet!!! We love our “new” home!!!!
