RecommendedStaff Carpet has been awesome to us on several occasions. Several years ago we bought some carpet and tile from them. Was very professional and did a great job. Recently we also needed some carpet to cover our hardwood floors so our dog did not slip after knee surgery. Staff Carpet was so nice and helpful. They genuinely cared about our fur family member. Staff Carpet carries about the whole family, including our fur friend. Great, local, family owned company.

Staff carpet was amazing to work with! Kim herself assisted me in picking out materials that I was looking for and sent me home with even more samples as she recommended I take them home to see what the best fit would be with our lighting at home. Bought a new house and decided to upgrade almost all flooring. However, it’s been an extremely slow process with poor communication and failed follow through. We had our final carpet picked out and order placed at end of June. We paid, and were told it could take about 2-3 weeks and we are going on 2-3 months. First, we gave them time, figured it was ordered. Nope, contacted salesperson for update, and wasn’t ordered correctly/ ordered not placed. We decided on plank vinyl to replace our old laminate in our kitchen and dining area. Our niece recommended Staff Carpet. Zach was helpful in narrowing down the many choices to find the best for our area and taste. He came and measured our area and arranged for the installation. Chris did the removal and installation of our new flooring. He did an excellent job, was professional and cleaned up everything when he was finished. We are in the process of renovating our basement. I contacted Staff Carpet with not much knowledge on what exactly I wanted, just a couple of pictures I found online.
