RecommendedWe built a new house and used Staff Carpet to do all of our flooring. I compared Staff's prices to other companies in the Springfield area and it didn't take me long to figure out that Staff Carpet was for us. If anyone is every redoing there floors what ever u do do not go to staff carpet they have an knowledgeable staff un experienced installers and lets face it they only want there money once they get it they dont care about anything im unsatisfied unimpressed and quite frankly more then a lil pissed off

Over priced and very rude! Found exactly the same thing at another business for a lot less !
Staff carpeting has the BEST customer service!! Kim has gone above and beyond to meet our needs and to provide us with the best pricing. They also provide great design ideas, and I know I'll always use Staff for any flooring needs!!!

I highly recommend Staff Carpet for any flooring needs! The employees are very helpful and make the decisions easy. There were plenty of options for all different styles. The prices are reasonable as well! I am currently working on my second home with Staff Carpeting because they did such a great job with my first!

I LOVE our new carpet from Staff Carpet! In addition to it being beautiful and reasonably priced, their associates are so friendly, helpful and personal. They even traveled an hour to install it for us. I would highly recommend them if you're in the market for new flooring!
