The employees at Staff Carpet are hands down the best and easiest to work with in Sangamon County. There is no pressure when you walk in the door. The sales staff is knowledgeable, patient, and courteous. Even better - they are there for you well after the sale. I would recommend Staff Carpet to anyone and everyone! Thanks for all you do!!!

While building our new home our builder gave us a list of businesses he uses for plumbing,electrical flooring and etc. On that list was Staff Flooring along with Kims personal cell phone number. I called and Kim answered (no phone tag) which in todays busy world was a nice surprise! We set up an appointment to meet with Kim at the store and within an hour we had our flooring picked out! If I could give this 0 stars I would. I went into staff carpet at the end of July explaining we needed flooring in our 1200 sq. ft. house done by the end of September. At this point he said he could come measure the following week and give us an estimate, in the mean time I had some questions. I emailed him it took almost 3 days for him to respond and another 3 to respond again which is horrible customer service. My wife & i had our whole house done with new carpet, tile etc by Staff Carpet. Amazing job!!! Incredible sales staff and in fact Kim had suggested several options for carpet & padding to insure we not only met our needs with a growing family but our budget too!
