Staff Carpet is installing all new carpet at my parents house. Go to check on the installation progress. The truck & trailer are backed up in the driveway. The garage door is wide open with furniture, computer etc in it. There's furniture on the front porch & the front door is wide open. There's furniture on the back porch & the door is wide open. Staff Carpet has been absolutely amazing in flooring our last two houses! They stand by their warranty 100%! Zach Mast is wonderful to work with! He goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase(s). We also have dealt with the owners who are wonderful people as well! I highly recommend Staff Carpet and won’t go anywhere else!
Kim is really knowledgeable and passionate about her business and made selecting new flooring very easy! The products arrived in the projected timeframe. We installed the vinyl ourselves but Staff installed the carpet. The installers were professional, on time, friendly and respectful in our home. We are pleased with the results and will definitely recommend Staff Carpet to anyone looking for new flooring!

installer cut my speaker wires, laid 3 different colors of tile in one room which was supposed to be one color, ran out of tile before finishing the room, laid damaged tiles in another room and had an attitude the whole time. our salesman, Austin, was absent minded and never called when he said he would, scheduled the install for a different day than agreed on. and here I am 13 days later with still screwed up floors

Kim and her team make it so easy! Not only did they come and measure exactly how much carpet we would need, but they also helped picked the right colors for our space and made sure it was installed before we moved in. If you are looking for new flooring, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

WE LOVE STAFF CARPET! After meeting Kim, John and their amazing team, we decided to have the flooring replaced in our entire lower level of our house.
