Purchased a gun cabinet on 6/16/18. Got home and got the cabinet upstairs to my second floor office. Unpacked the cabinet and despite the box saying that the keys are at the top, there were no keys (believe me, I tore the packaging apart for 15 min trying to find them). Spoke with customer service on 6/18/18, emailed in my license, proof of purchase and key form. Contacted them for status updates on 6/19, 6/21, 6/25 (in which the agents were 100% clueless) and they are still awaiting a key to be sent. I am at 10 days so far ... read more

I have called stack on 2 different times to order touchup paint, the second time I was told there was no record of my first call and was told it would be sent out, that call was followed up with a confirmation email to me . two weeks later I replied to the email to inquire about the order and received no reply, a week later I sent another email and did not receive a reply to that ,its been 5 weeks now and I don't have the product. if they can't come through on a problem this simple I would not want to deal with them on a war... read more
Purchased an in wall gun safe that arrived with a bent hinge and broken hinge pin. I have sent several emails and receive no response. They obviously have no care or concern for their customers or the quality of product they sell.
When I bought the safe it was still in the sealed box from the factory. Got home, no key. Can't open safe to configure electronic lock without the key. Have called and e-mailed Stack-on multiple times and provided a copy of the sales receipt, the serial # for the safe and the number key on the lock. I've never heard back. Every time I call for status, they have no record of me ever calling. Have to keep providing sales receipt, serial #, etc, like it's the first time. Our home was broken into on 12/13/16 and the robbers were able to tweak the wheel of my gun safe and it popped open. This safe gave me false security and all my firearms, hunting items were stole. These were family heirloom guns that can not be replaced by an insurance policy, nor does the replacement cost allowed cover the value of all items.
