I echo ***** L's comment on 3/18. The absolute worst customer service! They do not:* Return tickets submitted for support * Reply to their "chat feature" * Pick-up the phone - I sat in queue for an hour plus...* Was offered and accepted a callback, they called me back but no one on the line This is all over a 3-week period with both myself and wife calling. It's unfortunate there isn't a negative star(s) you can give at this page! This company is the Titanic of its industry...

I have a Total Defense safe and I have been trying to get my keypad to work for the past 4 months. Thank God I have a key. I finally got through one time just to be told I needed a battery with an expiration dated 2027. So I bought a newer battery dated 2028 and still nothing. Multiple calls and emails still no response. I wish I had checked the BBB first. I was warned that I should have bought a Liberty.

This company has the absolute WORST customer service in this line of business. Ive been waiting on a replacement keypad for literally 4 months. I sent a follow up email and the customer service team stopped responding. I will never deal with this company or its products again.

Garbage products and no customer service. Save your money, and dont wind up with a lock that wont work with your guns inside.

I am unable to open my safe using the CORRECT numbers for about the past 5 months. It has been IMPOSSIBLE to reach STACK-ON by phone: after being in the que for really extended periods, you finally get messages each time directing you to call back; when I went on line to e-mail them, that also turned out to be IMPOSSIBLE: their site refuses to submit the contact email form because when you try to enter your telephone # it refuses to allow you to follow THEIR FORMAT AS DIRECTED you can not even progress pass the 1st hyphen, a... read more

Good luck on getting a response from customer service. I have sent two e-mails which they acknowledged but no response after that. If you purchase a Stackon safe do not expect to get any after sale support.

I have the Total Defense 40 safe and on December 18, 2022 the shaft broke leaving all of my valuables inside. Including some very expensive Christmas presents that I still havent been able to give out. I submitted a claim the same day it broke. Been sending emails and phone calls ever since. Ive done everything on my end including sending videos and pictures and proof of purchase. They said it would be covered under warranty. JaveryNH Bought an ************************************************************************************************* that the s**** holes where not drilled correctly that hold the barrel rests to the side of the cabinet. After many, many phone calls and several replacement barrel rests being sent out it was determined that they would send me a new cabinet and they did end of the story right..not so fast. Gun safe very unreliable pop open with no key or finger print. Very unsafe to have with kids in the home. DO NOT BUY!!!! I could not find receipt so they would not honor fixing the unit. Poor customer service.
