We bought a StackOn home safe this past June, and my husband installed it in our home according to the directions with the safe. It was properly fastened down to the floor, combination installed, and our personal items put inside. It worked well for about 3 months, and then it just suddenly stopped opening. We tried, repeatedly to open the safe, using both the key and the combination. I contacted StackOn via email. First ever negative product review. Bought safe June, door linkage broke July. Followed customer service criteria for videos exactly on Monday night. Follow up call to verify videos were adequate ******** ******* confirmed. Follow Up email Wednesday, firearms are locked in broken safe, explained numerous times I need the property ASAP. I bought a stack-on 18 gun safe from tractor supply. I knew what I was getting for the amount I paid, but when I opened it and put it together pieces were missing and hardware as well. I contacted customer service at ******************** on and after a lot of back and forth, finally got it resolved. Here we are 3 months later, and I still have not received the parts they never gave me. I would never buy a stack on product again, biggest waste of money and customer service doesnt make up for the lack of quality in their produ... read more

I bought a Stackon 24 gun safe. I cannot get the bolts to lock when trying to program the initial code. I have emailed and face book messengered several times. They want me to send videos, then more videos, then try this then try that......Finally I asked could we talk on the phone and chirp, chirp, no response. It is just a big game with them. What a joke! I would never purchase anything Stackon again. And, its made cheap as HELL!

I originally bought a gun cabinet from one of the retail stores they sell these in. There was no hardware included in the box. I've been in contact with multiple customer service agents over the course of the last 5 or so months, and finally one of them sent me a hardware kit. I bought a stack on 24 gun safe in August soon I noticed the handle was loose and then it started not catching when turning I've called several times and left my email and nothing has happened on their end I'm very disappointed with the service department I'm afraid it will lock me out eventually and then I'll really be stuck with this 341 +pd box with my stuff locked ** in it

ticket #****** Terrible customer service. It took a week of emails, waiting on phone on hold for hours, finally talking to soneone who said they woukd send replacement for biometric lock that does not work on my just purchased new stack on safe. No shipping info, no return calls, nothing and still waiting.

This has been a horrible experience. I ordered this Stack-On gun safe for my husband's Christmas gift and it will not lock. We have followed all instructions to a T and it will not lock, not even with the manual key. It is a useless product if it does not lock. Not only that but I've submitted a ticket nearly 3 weeks ago and cannot get anyone to let me know the status.
