I am unable to open my safe using the CORRECT numbers for about the past 5 months. Good luck on getting a response from customer service. I have sent two e-mails which they acknowledged but no response after that. If you purchase a Stackon safe do not expect to get any after sale support.

I have the Total Defense 40 safe and on December 18, 2022 the shaft broke leaving all of my valuables inside. Including some very expensive Christmas presents that I still havent been able to give out. I submitted a claim the same day it broke. Been sending emails and phone calls ever since. Ive done everything on my end including sending videos and pictures and proof of purchase. They said it would be covered under warranty. Gun safe very unreliable pop open with no key or finger print. Very unsafe to have with kids in the home. DO NOT BUY!!!! I could not find receipt so they would not honor fixing the unit. Poor customer service.

We bought a StackOn home safe this past June, and my husband installed it in our home according to the directions with the safe. It was properly fastened down to the floor, combination installed, and our personal items put inside. It worked well for about 3 months, and then it just suddenly stopped opening. First ever negative product review. Bought safe June, door linkage broke July. Followed customer service criteria for videos exactly on Monday night. I bought a stack-on 18 gun safe from tractor supply. I knew what I was getting for the amount I paid, but when I opened it and put it together pieces were missing and hardware as well. I contacted customer service at ******************** on and after a lot of back and forth, finally got it resolved.
