I bought a Stackon 24 gun safe. I cannot get the bolts to lock when trying to program the initial code. I have emailed and face book messengered several times. They want me to send videos, then more videos, then try this then try that......Finally I asked could we talk on the phone and chirp, chirp, no response. It is just a big game with them. What a joke! I would never purchase anything Stackon again. And, its made cheap as HELL!

I originally bought a gun cabinet from one of the retail stores they sell these in. There was no hardware included in the box. I've been in contact with multiple customer service agents over the course of the last 5 or so months, and finally one of them sent me a hardware kit. I bought a stack on 24 gun safe in August soon I noticed the handle was loose and then it started not catching when turning I've called several times and left my email and nothing has happened on their end I'm very disappointed with the service department I'm afraid it will lock me out eventually and then I'll really be stuck with this 341 +pd box with my stuff locked ** in it

ticket #****** Terrible customer service. It took a week of emails, waiting on phone on hold for hours, finally talking to soneone who said they woukd send replacement for biometric lock that does not work on my just purchased new stack on safe. No shipping info, no return calls, nothing and still waiting.
This has been a horrible experience. I ordered this Stack-On gun safe for my husband's Christmas gift and it will not lock. We have followed all instructions to a T and it will not lock, not even with the manual key. It is a useless product if it does not lock. Not only that but I've submitted a ticket nearly 3 weeks ago and cannot get anyone to let me know the status. I have a gun safe that I bought new in march of 2018. I have not been able to get into it for aprox one year. I have contacted Stack On Products, and nothing has been done to assist me. I am very disappointed in this company, and their so called warranty on my safe. I wish I would've read the reviews before I purchased this safe.

I contacted customer service again and was told it was an issue with the lock then. I had to basically ask them to do something about it as they offered no assistance. Eventually they told me they would send me a new lock and gave me instructions on how to drill out the old lock. My safe batteries died and I couldn't find the key so I contact stack on and that's were the problems begin. I sent an email because their site wasn't working and I could place an order for a replacement key and that was on Saturday 3/16/19 and it took me until 3/21/19 after making a few phone calls and emails before I could place an order which had to done over the phone because the site still wasn't working to accept payments.
