I got wonderful care during my stay here. Staff was friendly, helpful and compassionate. They were able and willing to answer all my questions without making it feel like an inconvenience. The surgical staff made sure I understood every aspect of the surgery as well as the family that accompanied me down. I spent 4 days in the hospital and they were all consistent. I believe they genuinely care.
I had back surgery in February from check in to release could not say enough good for every one.
the verdict is still out due to the way I was mistreated by them.
DO NOT SEEK MEDICAL HELP IF YOU ARE HURT AND NEED HELP WITH PAIN!! YOU WILL BE ABUSED, YELLED AT AND ACCUSED OF DRUG SEEKING! YOU WILL NOT GET THE HELP YOU NEED BUT THEY WONT FORGET TO BILL YOU! BILLINGS CLINIC IS NO BETTER SO JUST DONT GET HURT BECAUSE THERE IS NO MORE MEDICAL HELP!!
This past week my daughter Sara and my grandson Rhett had to be at St Vincent’s. Thank you to the incredible staff in the PICU. The caring and support we received was excellent. Every employee we came in contact was professional and helpful. We cannot thank you enough. - Mike
