I was in the hospital in May and was given an appointment with my primary care doc IN Oct, (long time out for serious health problem) they said they would call I never got that call or any message left in my voice mail so I call and I am told I have another 4 months wait till I see a doctor, Is this the way you treat people that have been established since 2010 like brand new patients.
Twice now I’ve gone to this er once was with an female issue and I was told o go to the clinic to get it lanced. Then tonight I was in the er because I took a bad fall and hurt my left leg so much I couldn’t move it or put pressure on it. I was to be given a medicine that wouldn’t have helped or done anything for my injury! But I wasn’t familiar with it so I asked the nurse for information about. Dr Parker and nurse Robin are great thorough and compassionate. even with a level 1 trauma going on.
Here’s my situation with them. Go in for a fractured foot. Really bad pain, couldn’t walk. Sat in the waiting room for 2 hours until someone came and got me. Doc put me in a surgical shoe and said “wear this” now I might have to have surgery because he didn’t give me the proper care. Cortisone done 2 times this year. When it was last year. They wouldn’t accept my workers compensation so now I’m dealing with that. St. V’s is a mess
My dad was admitted on 8.1.19 for septic shock. He was “hours away from death” is what we were told. My sister and I live in Wyoming while his brothers live in Laurel MT. None of us were called or notified that he had been hospitalized. My uncle finally went to his apartment the next day when he could not get a hold of him and another tenant said they took him in an ambulance yesterday. Was on a road trip with the family and ended up spending 4 nights and 5 days at St. Vincent. The ER and 3rd floor staff were amazing. They made me feel at home, took amazing care of me and made sure I knew I was safe to head home. Thanks again!
very good health care and the doctors & nurse's were very professional & helped manage my pain also made me feel like I was in very good hands
