Thanks for doing nothing. Now I get to live with these issues. What amazing “hero’s” you are. I went in because I was violently shaking with out my control could barerly talk. Was told to f***ing relax by er staff. Ended told I was just stressed out. Went home had the worse stomach pain ever and started dropping weight fast. Now I have stomach and nerve issues . Every dr I seem to see blames it on stress of covid thanks. I think this scares me more than a flu.
My mom was in the hospital and the nurses would NOT listen to her and has very weak veins and needs usually the lab or a phlebotomist to take her blood or do any needle work and had MULTIPLE people practice on her while she was begging them not too ( she's terrified as is of needles because of bad experiences) and left bruises all over her arms all in different sizes including one bruise the size of my palm.. nurses jobs are to make sure the patient is comfortable and they WOULD NOT listen to her even while she was crying. This hospitals ER service is the worst. From the lady at the front desk to the drs that don’t listen or even check on you for over an hour. Check absolutely nothing send you on your way. If you got serious health issues you can expect to accomplish nothing here
Just wanted to say how thankful I am for the crew at the St. V’s walk in today! We had to take our almost two year old in this morning. Everyone from the front desk to the MA to the NP were all so kind and great with our kiddo even though he was less than impressed. We saw Kevin Koch who was fantastic with our little man even though he cried every time Kevin entered the room. They got us in an out of there in no time too. Thanks again for your great care!
Horrible service. Travel two hours and didn’t even do anything to help for the pain or sympathy for the family and for the little girl unacceptable
doctors lie to patients to keep them coming back to collect insurance payments with no concern for patients
Should you ever need pediatric care and have the option to go to St. Vincent Healthcare - Billings, Montana, choose them. The level of patient care, from the housekeeping technician to the nurses to the surgeons was over and beyond. I cannot speak highly enough for those medical professionals.
I was treated so bad by a doctor there, today 7/16/2020 I went in for severe pain in tears, I cried even harder leaving there after being talked to that way, I am so upset how that doctor treated me I wondered if he was on drugs, or why he was screaming at me telling me there was no reason for me to come to the er, I am seriously calling a lawyer in the morning I came home and looked up what up he said I should not be in the er for, and that doesnt even cause pain, what a jerk, MONTANA HAS NO EMERGENCY CARE ANY LONGER WHERE ... read more
