My foster daughter was admitted and treated by the most caring and kind staff ever. I didn't expect and was surprised by the level of care she received. All her nurses and doctors provided the highest level of care and, most important, caring and nonjudgmental care possible. I give the staff a 5-star rating.
I brought my mom to the ER on Tuesday,Everyone there was so nice and kind to us,she was admitted to the hospital her room is on the 6th floor,every one is so nice and compassionate, the Doctors,nurses,techs ,housekeeping, and dietary, wonderful group of caregivers.
If I could get away with giving no stars I would. Saint Thomas hospital is the worse hospital I've ever been to your wait in the ER will always be longer than two hours as well as waiting in your room for your doc to come in the first time. Honestly I'd rather go to a black market Doctor, at least he would see you right away.
I love working at Saints Thomas Rutherford been here for 40 years. It's great place to work.
We have been here since last night waiting for a room , they have about ten more waiting,if he didn't need these antibiotics we'd leave.
This place doesn't even deserve one star. I REFUSE to have my baby here. I'm 37 weeks pregnant and came in thinking I could possibly be in labor. The Dr. doesn't even show up to give me an exam, ask questions, or anything. I hate this place and wouldn't trust them with a paper cut. It's well worth the drive to Franklin to have my daughter delivered by people who know what they're doing and who actually care. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!!
I have worked in the medical field for over 27 years, I moved to TN over a year ago and took a job at River Park Hospital in McMinville. (amazing place to work!) I needed to have neck surgery, I went to Dr.Moran in Murfreesboro, had the surgery at your hospital. I have had the best experience with Saint Thomas, from my surgeon to the nursing and all the staff I encountered, I have a few names but wasn't sure if it was appropriate to use them in this review.
