I came in there yesterday at Doctor Casamo. I did have to wait awhile but when I got back there it didn't bother me to wait. That doctor was amazing very engaging he looks you straight in the eyes he writes down everything you say. He talks to you not at you and very thorough. I'll be coming back definitely.
My grandmother's physical therapist saw that my grandmother was having a mini-stroke, sent her to the emergency room, and then it took the hospital staff an hour an a half to get to her. They put her in the system as "slurred speech."
Need to keep the cafeteria open more than 15 minutes. Family members that are here with someone need to be able to grab something to eat without leaving the campus. Grill line, at least, should be open 24 hours.
I was in the ER last night with my baby and I just have to say the doctors and nurses were absolutely precious! Just wanted to give a shoutout to them for treating us with such great care!
My dad has been here since Friday. There has been nothing but mass confusion for 4 days. They don't know who his doctor is, they can't make heads or tails of his labs, and didn't know who ordered his meds. They didn't even know that there are certain meds that must not be given together. I would never want to take him to the VA, but now I'm wondering if this choice was any better. This hospital has been going downhill since the so called Christians of St. Thomas took over.
