I was attacked by a cat and have puncture wounds all up my arm. I went into the ED to seek medical attention as it was to the point of me being able to see my flesh. I was bleeding and crying and sat in the waiting room for a good 45 minutes before I was called back. The nurse came in and did my vitals then left. I sat there waiting for 2 hours bawling before I finally went and asked for a nurse. When I did so I was told "you'll have to wait for the provider" I had told this nurse that my arm was starting to burn and go numb... read more

The ER is in serious need of an overhaul. I recommend choosing another ER if you need to go. Or go to OIO urgent care instead. That is where Mercy ended up sending me the last 2 times I went. Don't waste your time by going to Mercy. They are like triage for OIO. They just send their patients off to somewhere else because they know they are incompetent in dealing with it themselves. They will leave you in a room for hours in pain and shaking their heads because they're providers are not educated enough to know what's going on... read more

National shortage of IV bags and the doctor didn’t allow me to finish mine? Rather throw over half a bag of fluids away and get the patient out the door before shift change. Transportation told me they have 5 minutes to be at the door after they get the call a patient needs transportation to leave and they should only be gone 30 minutes in hopes to quicken getting patients out. That’s their goal bare minimum care and get you out the door.

Terrible... had a tonsillectomy and had a throat bleed 2 days after. They left me in the waiting room for 1.5 hours bleeding. Then another 3 days after had another bleed but was more worried about testing for covid rather than dealing with the bleeding. In which my 5 hour wait stopped the bleeding. So I decided to go home. This is the worst ER I've been to

Terrible !! I used to go there all the time. Tonight. I’ve never been treated so bad and made to feel like my back pain wasn’t important or that I was in real pain. They let me leave when I was crying in pain I can’t even walk bc I’m in so much pain. I was told there are people having heart attacks and strokes I sat there for 2 and a half hours with no pain meds. Then when I finally did get meds they didn’t even help and still discharged me with tears running down my face. Told them my pain level was a 10 and they said well ... read more
