I went to the er twice for extreme pain. They were full and was forced to sit in a chair in the hallway for the second time. Why not send people to another Er if you can't properly care for patients. The PA that treated me didnt listen and turned me away telling me they couldn't help me and to leave while my pain is still a 10+ after being sent home. No where to go bc doctor appointments are booked. Next time I will go to Lima memorial im disappointed to be treated this way at a place I call my workplace in my time of need.
