They suck, they stand around talking to each other, no one checked on my family member the whole 2 hours we were there. This hospital is shit.

Ha 've been there twice and once with my daughter. Staff there were .nice and professional..Would use them Again.
horrible hospital horrible. sent my daughter home when she was still in pain. needless to say she was taken to another hospital the next day with a fever throwing up and infection. two weeks later still in hospital but slowly getting better. sad they dont care about their patients enough to make sure they are well and now she has to suffer. Im glad Morton Plant is taking such good care of her should have gone there first.

I had a terrible experience in the ER this past Sat. I hobbled in and about 40 minutes later I hobbled out in tears. Knee x-ray and was told I had no broken bones. Um, ok.... NO brace or crutch or cane or anything.... I was told the meds I was prescribed were an anti-inflammatory, but they just gave me a narcotic. I asked to speak to an actual M.D., but the nurse practitioner said no. I called the on duty administrator from my car and made a full complaint and have not receive a return call.... Would never go here my friend went for server back pain and they just sent her home. The did nothing but a urin test and a little blood work, nothing else. They could not tell her why she was experiencing back pain. I would go anywhere else but here they suck.
Ended up at the emergency room at SPGH after crushing my finger under a dumbbell at the gym (my bad!) They saw me immediately and stitched me right up. They were super friendly and efficient, and I was out in under an hour.
