Had to go for same day surgery. Mariam the head nurse was amazing and Dan in the Pre op was hilarious!
My experience there ....Very good.My daughter had a surgery .They treat her amazingly. The nurses,doctors and other personal were very kind.They show their passion for what they are doing. Excelente and professional treatment.
We will never use st.pete general again! I went there with an infection, they rushed me out of the emergency room. Didn't really examine me and sent me home after 15 min of giving me a strong dose of 2 different antibiotics. When I got home I had a severe allergic reaction to 1 of the antibiotics. My husband called the ER and the person he spoke to was very rude before finally letting him speak to the nurse practitioner who saw me! The staff was great to my baby and I,they were very attentive to my needs during the pain management process. The only thing I wasn't impressed with was how the kitchen staff miss understood my quest but the room service staff was polite and friendly.
I was in a car accident and they were friendly and effective when I came in. The older nurse was so sweet and funny!
The nurses are really friendly and took really great care of me when I went there about 2 months ago and now tonight when my best friend had to go.
They were horrible I could not urinate for 5 days and they sent me home and told me to follow up with my doctor. Oh yeah I have HIV and the meds I am on can cause Kinsey failure. So I was sent home in pain same as when I walked in and no answers. Went back bamecause I could not take the pain and the new dr got mad at me because I was uncomfortable and taking it out on him. Very unprofessional place. I'd rather be flown to NY on my death bed than go ton a hospital here
