Had my son here on 2/12, loved everything about the hospital & everyone who helped me nurses & doctors.. my only problem was when I got home and they didn't advise me of side effects of my medicine or made sure I made a bowl movement before going home. I didn't make a bowl movement for over a week & a half.. my son is over a month old and I'm still paying for not knowing the side effects of my medicine or them giving me anything to help me go before I left the hospital.
My husband was admitted under observation for chest pain. Unfortunately had to switch cardiologist because of some issues to Oconee Heart. Dr Lather was on call. He is one of the kindest patient physician. He explains everything in terms you can understand
Thus past Sunday evening I had the worst "heartburn" of my life. The ER staff was wonderful, professional and caring in discovering that I was having a heart attack within minutes of my arrival. The ItCU staff took great care of me and my wife providing physical, medical, emotional and spiritual care. Dr Lowman and Dr Neckman and the Cath lab staff save my life and I will be forever grateful for the prayers and care of the two wonderful doctors!!! Nobody likes being in the hospital, but overall my experience was good the nurses were very kind to me and my Dr. was great he explained everything to me step by step.
This Hospital is the best one I ever been to, from the Doctors to the Technicians, Chaplain to the people that take you blood.. just AMAZING!! Now I see why it's one of the nation's top 100...
