--Update-- After my original post I was contacted by St. Mary's and the issue was quickly identified (incorrect email address in their system that was corrected by not entirely) and now I'm in. Thank you, I'm revising my rating. --Original-- The patient portal is useless. Been trying for a year to get signed up, the doctor's office says that I'm registered, but when I try to login I can't, when I try to reset my password it acts like I'm not registered. I took my husband to the Emergency Department early yesterday morning. We were triaged quickly and seen immediately by Dr Poldolsky even though it was shift change for her-then Dr Hicks didn't miss a beat in coming in right behind her! The nurses were great and professional as usual and we were out of there after receiving wonderful care!
